  On 10/25/2012 at 4:25PM PST I dialed (888) 231-1101 to contact Fox Business Solutions. Crystal a customer service agent answered my call and I asked Crystal to please direct my call to a decision maker at Fox Business Solutions. Crystal stated that the phone system they have is not sophisticated enough to transfer a call and she could not connect me to a supervisor. Crystal took all of my contact information and stated a supervisor would be call be back and she also provided me with an email address of [email protected] which Crystal stated goes directly to the supervisors. I have sent a follow up email to the address provided by Crystal in hopes of accelerating this investigation as I originally contacted Fox Business Solutions on 10/10/2012 and they have neglected this urgent matter so far.
